Privacy Policy
Last updated August 29, 2026
This policy describes how information is handled on this website. It reflects the website as it is currently built and will be updated if the site changes.
Information we collect on this site
This website does not use analytics software, advertising tools, or tracking cookies. We do not ask you to create an account. The site includes forms through which you may choose to send us your name, email address, telephone number, a description of a matter, and documents you decide to upload.
Documents you upload
Documents submitted through this website are stored privately and are not published or made publicly accessible. Documents you voluntarily upload may be retained for up to 90 days for intake and administrative purposes, and are deleted sooner where no engagement proceeds. Please do not upload privileged, confidential, or highly sensitive documents unless Seltzer Counsel has agreed to receive them.
Server logs
Like most websites, this site is delivered by a hosting provider that may automatically record ordinary technical request information — such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the date and time of the request — for security, reliability, and troubleshooting purposes. We do not use that information to build profiles of visitors.
Language preference
If you choose a display language, that preference is stored locally in your own browser so the site can remember it. It is not transmitted to us and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.
Contacting us
If you contact us by telephone at 646-480-1393 or by email at josh@seltzercounsel.com, we will have whatever information you choose to provide. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information before an attorney-client relationship has been established in writing.
External links
This site links to a LinkedIn company profile. LinkedIn is an independent third-party service that operates under its own terms and privacy practices, and it may collect information about you when you visit it. We do not control those practices.
Changes to this policy
If this website adds analytics or other data collection, this policy will be updated to describe it before those features are used.
Questions
Questions about this policy may be directed by telephone to 646-480-1393 or by email to josh@seltzercounsel.com.
